The V-HSX is a solution for clients employing high fiber count ribbon cables in their networks. The V-HSX is designed for wall mount application and serves as the transition point between ultra high fiber count (UHFC) outside plant cables and indoor distribution cables. The V-HSX can hold 24 large splice tray modules each having the capacity to store 36 mass splices yielding a total cabinet fiber capacity of 10,368 fibers. An included work platform that is stored in the door provides more than enough space to easily splice and hold all necessary splicing tools and accessories. The work platform has multiple mounting locations to conveniently access each splice tray module. The cabinet comes with the option of being fully pre-assembled with 24 splice tray modules or having the cabinet and splice trays modules purchased separately.
